Dr. Bierbrauer’s primary interest is in hand and elbow surgery and his tertiary interests are in trauma care and sports medicine.
Dr. Bierbrauer earned his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also completed a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Ky.
Dr. Bierbrauer is the team physician for the U.S. Ski Team.
