2. Dr. Anderson is a founding member of the Foot & Ankle Institute at Charlotte, N.C.-based OrthoCarolina.

 

3. He is a past president of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and serves as a team physician for the Carolina Panthers.

 

4. He completed a foot and ankle fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
