K2M 2015 preliminary revenue up 16%: 5 key notes

K2M reported fourth quarter and full year revenue increases in 2015.

Here are five key points:

 

1. The fourth quarter revenue grew around 10 percent to 11 percent to around $54.4 million.

 

2. Domestic revenue reached $39.2 million to $39.4 million, a 10 percent increase over the same period last year. International revenue grew 11 percent to $15 million to $15.1 million.

 

3. The key service line revenue increase was:

 

• U.S. complex spine: 12 percent
• U.S. minimally invasive spine: 20 percent
• U.S. degenerative: 6 percent

 

4. The full year revenue grew 16 percent to $216 million to $216.3 million.

 

5. The company reported revenue guidance for 2016 at $246 million to $250 million, a 14 percent to 16 percent year-over-year.
