SeaSpine preliminary Q4 revenue flat at $35M: 5 key notes

SeaSpine reported preliminary fourth quarter and full year financial results.

Here are five key notes:

 

1. Fourth quarter revenue is expected to reach $35 million, flat compared to the same period last year.

 

2. The spinal fusion hardware products revenue is expected to reach $17 million while orthobiologics will be around $18 million, both flat compared to the same period last year.

 

3. The United States revenue is expected to increase 2 percent, hitting $31 million. The U.S. spinal fusion hardware revenue is expected to increase 1 percent and U.S. orthobiologics product revenue likely saw a 2 percent increase.

 

4. Full year revenue is expected to hit around $133.5 million with cash and cash equivalents around $33 million.

 

5. The expected 2016 full-year revenue will likely be around $136 million to $140 million, a 2 percent to 5 percent growth over the full year compared to 2015 revenue.
