WoodHaven opens first-phase of short-term rehab facility — 3 highlights

Southeastern Health in Lumberton, N.C., opened the first phase of its new short-term rehabilitation center, Southeastern Rehabilitation WoodHaven.

Here are three highlights:

 

1. The first phase opened on Dec. 10, 2015, and the second phase will complete in spring 2016.

 

2. The new wing has an entrance and is for patients who have undergone orthopedic surgery or other conditions requiring short-term inpatient rehab.

 

3. Southeastern Orthopedics surgeons are trained in areas that include hands and lower extremities, knee replacement and resurfacing and sports medicine.
