Dr. McKirgan is an orthopedic surgeon focused on sports medicine. He practices with the Center for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in Blairsville, Pa., and serves as an adjunct professor and medical director in the athletic training education program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pa. He was a member of the Olympic Medical Team for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and a volunteer physician at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
Dr. McKirgan earned his DO from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences medical school in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed a four-year orthopedic surgery residency at Botsford General Hospital, affiliated with Michigan State University in Farmington Hills, Mich. His additional training includes a fellowship in orthopedic surgery sports medicine in Lexington, Ky.
Dr. Bizousky is an orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in sports medicine. He has practiced with the Center for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine since 1994 and was previously an orthopedic staff and chief surgeon for Combat Support Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany, and the 212th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital.
Dr. Bizousky is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colo.
