Voorhees College adds Dr. Robert Hymes to trustees’ board: 3 notes

Denmark, S.C.-based Voorhees College added Robert A. Hymes, MD, to its board of trustees, according to a report by The Times and Democrat.

Here are three notes:

 

1. Dr. Hymes is the director of orthopedic clinical research and an associate professor of orthopedic surgery at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, Va.

 

2. He focuses on the management of fractures, nounions/malunions, pelvis and acetabular fractures/injuries and bone infections.

 

3. He has completed a fellowship in orthopedic traumatology at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
