Here are five highlights:
1. A multi-axial screw of rods, the Auto-Adjust pedicle surgical screw is a fixed-head screw intended to realign and support the spine.
2. Safe Orthopaedics designed the screw to behave like a spinal fusion procedure. The device has single used instruments, so it is available immediately.
3. Eight spine procedures in France and the Netherlands have used the screw, so far.
