Here are four points:

1. The partnership will provide care to patients wherever it is most convenient, hoping to improve population health management.

2. Centura Health welcomes DispatchHealth to its network of Colorado Health Neighborhoods and its board-certified ER providers.

3. ER-trained providers will be available for house calls, and can perform laboratory testing, administer medications and perform procedures like suturing.

4. Urinary tract infection, dehydration, minor fractures, asthma, constipation, nosebleeds, nausea and lacerations include some of the most common illnesses patients report to DispatchHealth.

“Care delivery solutions need to be convenient for both patients and providers in order to promote adoption and really move the needle,” said Mark Prather, MD, MBA, CEO, DispatchHealth.
