Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Laura Snyder of Barrow Neurosurgical Associates

Laura Snyder, MD, is a neurosurgeon at Barrow Neurosurgical Associates in Phoenix. A member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, she is also a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.

Dr. Snyder performs minimally invasive procedures, treating degenerative disease, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, spinal instability and spinal tumors. She also holds an interest in treating athletes.

 

After earning her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr. Snyder completed a neurosurgery residency and spine fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute and St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. She then completed another spine fellowship at Rush Medical Center in Chicago.
