Here are five key points:

1. All of the company’s spinal implants and the majority of surgical instruments are manufactured in its new facility.

2. By manufacturing the majority of its products in its own facility, Nexxt doesn’t have to rely on outside vendors that slow the production times.

3. Nexxt moved the majority of operations to the new facility in Noblesville, Ind., in 2013.

4. Engineering and manufacturing functions occur in the facility.

5. Since the manufacturing change, Nexxt has experienced growth annually.

“On-site manufacturing and advances in inventory management now allows us to produce any of our 1,400 spinal implant designs and 97 percent of our 1,800 surgical instrument designs within a 24-hour time frame,” said Sarah Caito, director of inside sales, Nexxt Spine.
