1. Mr. Kennedy joined Histogenics in 2013 as senior vice president of technical operations.

 

2. Before that, he served as the executive vice president, research and development, at Mascoma, a biofuel company.

 

3. He has also held several senior leadership roles in technical operations at Genzyme, a biopharmaceutical company.

 

4. Histogenics is a regenerative medicine company focused on developing and commercializing products in the musculoskeletal market.
