Montgomery, Ala.-based Baptist Medical Center South has opened the Joint Center of Alabama.

1. The center cost nearly $3.5 million.

 

2. The 10,500-square-foot facility includes four operating rooms, six preoperative beds and seven post-operative beds.

 

3. The center will offer the full-spectrum of musculoskeletal services.

 

4. It also features physical therapy rehabilitation services and a specialized nursing unit.
