Here are seven notes:

1. FH Orthopedics signed with France Rachis, a company based in Bordeaux, who will distribute the ESP devices throughout France. France Ranchis exclusively distributes spine implants with the company’s sales force of five representative specialized in non-fusion solutions.

2. The second company, Via 4 Spine, headquartered near Frankfurt in Germany, will distribute the ESP products. Via 4 Spine has a network of six sales representatives in Germany who all specialize in spine.

3. France Rachis and Via 4 Spine concur that patients in today’s market are better informed and therefore compare technologies and options offered by competing spine centers. Patients are asking about less invasive and dynamic types of implants.

4. FH Orthopedics’ ESP discs copy the natural disc properties while preserving a patient’s spine mobility. The disc may minimize the risk of adjacent disc diseases complications associated with fusion.

5. ESP disc restores normal curvature and disc function, therefore decreasing the pain a patient endures from degenerative disc disease.

6. The LP-ESP, used for treating patients with lumbar discopathy, was one of the first monobloc lumbar disc replacements implanted in patients. It has been used for the last nine years.

7. FH’s Orthopedics’ LP-ESP and CP-ESP have CE mark.
