Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Jeremy P. Doak of UBMD of Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine

Jeremy P. Doak, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in pediatric orthopedics, scoliosis and sports medicine and hip arthroscopy and reconstruction with the University at Buffalo Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Doak also currently holds a position as associate professor of clinical orthopedics at the School of Medicine Biomedical Sciences State University of New York at Buffalo.

 

Dr. Doak is involved in research of treatment of pediatric open fractures, pediatric femoral fractures and benign pediatric bone lesions. He is also involved in developing a pediatric fracture database at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.

 

Dr. Doak received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville and completed a pediatric orthopedic surgery fellowship with Brown University in Providence, R.I.
