Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Zampini will focus on “everything spine, from the bottom of the head to the top of the tail,” he said. His practice includes neck arthritis, pinched nerves in the neck and back, neck pain, back pain, back fractures, osteoporosis fractures, nerve compression, spinal stenosis and laminectomy.
2. Dr. Jay Zampini received his medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, N.J.
3. In 2008, he completed a fellowship in orthopedic spine surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
4. Most recently, he has served as orthopedic spine surgeon at the University Orthopaedic Institute at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.
