1. He has served the military in Bosnia, Haiti and Afghanistan as well as being deployed to Iraq on three separate occasions.
2. Dr. Swenson earned his medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington D.C., and sought a military scholarship to help pay tuition.
3. His specialty interests include sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. In the field, he performs many trauma cases.
4. In addition to his military work, Dr. Swenson has participated in humanitarian missions to treat soldiers wounded in combat.
5. Dr. Swenson transitioned his clinic from ProOrtho to EvergreenHealth Orthopedic & Sports Care last year.
