5 notes on Precision Spine’s two new board members

Precision Spine appointed Gilbert M. Aust, MD, and Jeffrey Kelly to the company’s Board of Directors.

Here are five notes on the new members:

 

1. Dr. Aust brings technological, operational and leadership expertise from being a surgeon, device engineer and entrepreneur.

 

2. Dr. Aust is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in lower back disorders. He is the founder of Endius, a minimally invasive spine company in Boston.

 

3. Mr. Kelly has more than 25 years of experience in originating and executing financial transactions as well as providing guidance aimed at the recreation of long-term corporate growth.

 

4. Mr. Kelly presently serves as managing director at MC Credit Partners. Mr. Kelly works as an asset management providing capital to fund organic growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations and refinancing leading middle market companies.

 

5. Precision Spine provides quality spine product devised to help treat medical conditions.
