Dr. Grogan has also previously served as assistant chief at Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children in Los Angeles, and has been involved in managed care consulting as an orthopedic surgeon. He has also collaborated with AAOS to develop a handbook and audiotape titled “Health Care Reform and Managed Care: A Guidebook for Orthopedic Surgeons.”
After receiving his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dr. Grogan completed an orthopedic residency at UCLA and several fellowships in pediatric orthopedics, trauma and NIH sponsored joint replacement surgery.
