Here are five things to know about the partnership:
1. Under the agreement, Renew will be able to perform procedures in Nobilis Health Facilities.
2. The two will share research, development and technology.
3. Nobilis has the first refusal to become the exclusive health facility for Renew’s procedures as the spine company expands its geographic footprint.
4. Sam Bailey, PhD, founded Renew in 2012 and he continues to own the business. He has 20 years of experience in education and marketing spine procedures, including minimally invasive spine surgery.
5. Nobilis will work with Renew on marketing efforts and growth from the Texas and Florida area through the remainder of the year and beyond.
