1. Dr. Palmer practices with Rockville, Md.-based Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic. He is also the associate chief of podiatric surgery at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Md.
2. He focuses on sports medicine, arthroscopy, reconstructive surgery and limb salvage.
3. He is a fellow of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons and an associate of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
4. He earned his doctor of podiatric medicine degree at New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
5. He completed his residency and surgical training at a number of institutions, including the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City.
