Excela Health to build orthopedic & sports medicine complex on $3.7M tract of land

Greensburg, Pa.,-based Excela Health bought 40 acres of land in Westmoreland County, Penn., for $3.7 million, which the hospital system received in a grant, reports Pittsburgh Business Times.

Excela recently signed two more school districts where it will provide athletic training services and has recruited foot, ankle and hand physicians in the past couple years to complement its sports medicine capabilities, according to the report.
