TraumaCad has been used by surgeons in the past few years, and this new device marks a mobile version with access to digital templating from the web or iPad, with the hopes this will enhance surgeon’s productivity while they have access to data.
Here are six features of the app:
- Hip replacement planning which will automatically align implants and assemble components to calculate length of legs.
- Access to TraumaCad Mobile from iOS devices, and desktop browsers.
- Supports calibration with other devices
- Includes a regularly updated library of interactive hip digital templates with sizing, positioning and optimization
- A management function to share inventory and instrumentation requirements
- Can be used with existing PACS systems or stand-alone
