Dr. Richard Rothman’s article featured in Sports Illustrated

Richard H. Rothman, MD, PhD, founder of The Rothman Institute in Philadelphia was featured in Sports Illustrated, where he discussed the keys to living a healthier life.

Dr. Rothman’s article noted that while certain factors, such as genetics and infections, are outside our control, other aspects of a healthy lifestyle, such as physical exercise and a wholesome diet are in our hands.

 

Dr. Rothman, in addition to founding The Rothman Institute, is also the James Edwards Professor of the department of orthopedic surgery at Philadelphia-based Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University.
