Dr. Stanley Jones featured for using stem cell therapy on MS patient

Stanley Jones, MD, has been featured in the Fort Mill Times for using stem cell therapy to successfully improve the quality of life for a multiple sclerosis patient.

Dr. Jones provides care at Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital and is director of spine care services at Memorial Hermann Hospital, Southwest in Houston.  

 

Dr. Jones used stem cells extracted from the patient and banked by Celltex Therapeutics. The patient saw significant improvements in quality of life within a year after the stem cell infusions.
