Orthopedic Associates & Deaconess MOB acquired by Sanders Trust

Sanders Trust, a Birmingham, Ala.-based real estate investment firm, purchased four clinics across the United States, including an orthopedic practice, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.

The company acquired Orthopedic Associates and Deaconess MOB near Evansville, Ind. The facility is 13,000 square feet and together with the other acquired facilities, costs $11.9 million. The acquisition, along with three others recently made, is expected to add $100 million to $200 million each year to Sanders Trust’s portfolio.
