Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Harvinder Bhatti of Atlanta Orthopaedic Institute

Harvinder Bhatti, MD, is an orthopedic spine surgeon practicing at Atlanta Orthopaedic Institute. He previously provided care at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, North American Spine Society and International Society for Advancement of Spine Surgery.

Dr. Bhatti has an active interest in spinal instrumentation and serves on Amendia’s advisory board. He is also involved in humanitarian efforts and traveled to Kolkata, India for Operation Straight Spine, a medical aid project for children and adults with spinal disorders.

 

Dr Bhatti’s clinical interests include minimally invasive and motion sparing spine procedures as well as treatment of complex spine pathologies.

 

Dr. Bhatti earned his medical degree at Medical University of South Carolina, where he also completed his orthopedic surgery residency. He has completed a spine fellowship at London Spine Clinic in the United Kingdom.
