Dr. Kokmeyer completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners/Michigan State University program. He has completed a fellowship at the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center in Indianapolis. He is a candidate member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Association for Hand Surgery, and he has participated in the American Orthopaedic Association’s Emerging Leaders Program.
