He has been on advisory committees for companies and has developed spinal implants himself. Dr. Cordover’s specialties include sports-related spine injuries, complex spine pathologies, tumors, trauma, failed previous surgeries and revision surgeries of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. He was in practice for 12 years before merging his practice with Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center.
Dr. Cordover earned his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Hahnemann University Hospital and a fellowship in spine surgery at Duke University in Durham, N.C.
