Jim YoussefJim Youssef, MD (Durango Orthopedics, Durango, Colo.). Dr. Youssef is a spine surgeon with a special interest in minimally invasive procedures, fracture ecare and compled spinal disorders. He co-founded SpineColorado.

 

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Youssef is active in research and participated in FDA clinical trials. He published articles in peer-review journals and develops novel methods for treating spinal disorders. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and North American Spine Society. 

 

Dr. Youssef earned his medical degree at the University of California, Irvine and completed his internship in orthopedic surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. His additional training includes a spine surgery fellowship at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.
