Stuart L. Weinstein, MD (University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City). Dr. Weinstein is the Ignacio V. Ponseti Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. He served as president of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Orthopaedic Association and Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Weinstein has served as an editor for the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and chairman of the National Action Committee of the United States Bone and Joint Decade. He is a member of several professional organizations and completed the ABC Traveling Fellowship.
Dr. Weinstein earned his medical degree at the University of Iowa, where he also completed his residency.
