Bryan J. Massoud, MD (Spine Centers of America, Fair Lawn, N.J.). Dr. Massoud is a pioneer in minimally invasive spine surgery and founder of Spine Centers of America. He has performed thousands of endoscopic spine surgeries treating patients with disc herniations, failed back surgery syndrome, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis and infections.
Dr. Massoud is a member of the North American Spine Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and New Jersey Spine Society. He also instructs orthopedic residents and physicians in new minimally invasive spine surgical procedures.
Dr. Massoud earned his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey. His additional training includes a fellowship in spine surgery at Texas Back Institute in Plano. Later in his career, he traveled to England for additional training in endoscopic spine surgery with Dr. Martin Knight and Dr. Sebastian Ruetten in Germany.
