Hunterdon Orthopaedic Institute opens flagship facility

Flemington, N.J.-based Hunterdon Orthopaedic Institute opened its 33,000-square-foot, flagship facility on the Hunterdon Medical Center’s campus.

The facility includes two instant digital X-rays units, an open air MRI scanner, more than 40 exam rooms and a fluoroscopy suite for in-office, same-day spine and hip injections. The facility has a ‘green design’ and it features 43 geothermal heat pumps with 56 wells and 360 solar panels.

 

The facility includes 10 physicians, seven physician extenders and more than 60 staff members.
