Dr. Rathmann has completed a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and Women in Neurosurgery.
Dr. Rathmann is the 5th surgeon at the practice, which has seven offices in New Jersey and New York.
