Dr. Keith Meister Performs Elbow Surgery on Texas Rangers’ Martin Perez

Keith Meister, MD, performed elbow surgery on Texas Rangers left-handed pitcher Martin Perez, according to an ESPN Dallas-Fort Worth report.

Dr. Meister is the director of the Texas Metroplex Institute for Sports Medicine & Orthopedics in Arlington. He will repair the partially torn ulnar collateral ligament in Mr. Perez’s left elbow, according to the report.
