Here are the top five primary work settings for clinically practicing PAs:

 

•    Hospitals — 39.4 percent
•    Single-specialty physician group practice — 19.7 percent
•    Multispecialty physician group practice — 9.5 percent
•    Solo physician practice office — 11 percent
•    Community health center — 3.1 percent
