Over the course of his career, Mr. Amelio has been involved in all aspects of acquisitions and divestitures. He was instrumental in the purchase of technologies in endo-mechanical, electro-surgery, orthopedic, bio-surgery and other areas of the medical device industry.
Mr. Amelio has a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y.
