James Andrews, MD, will perform elbow surgery on New York Yankees starter Ivan Nova, according to report by The Star-Ledger.

Dr. Andrews practices at Birmingham-based Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center. Mr. Nova has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow, according to the report.
