He previously served as the vice president of Europe Spine Solutions, which focused on commercialization of various spine products including the ProDisc Lumbar and Cervical Disc technologies. He has also previously spent 10 years as director product management of spine, trauma and biomaterials at Aesculap in Germany.
Mr. Eisen has a degree in product engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Furtwangen, Germany.
