Resurgens Charitable Foundation Exceeds $1M in Giving

Resurgens Charitable Foundation reached a charitable milestone by surpassing the $1 million donation mark.

The Foundation, founded 13 years ago by Resurgens Orthopaedics, makes philanthropic donations to the Atlanta community to promote active and healthily lifestyles. The Foundation has made donations recently to The Georgia Ballet, local school fitness programs, Henry County Parks and Recreation Special Olympics, North Metro Miracle League’s Camp Collinswood and Wheelchairs 4 Kids.

 

Kay Kirkpatrick, MD, is president of the Foundation and co-president of Resurgens Orthopaedics. The Foundation has also funded 17 all-abilities playgrounds across Atlanta since 2001, with more planned next year.
