• I am treated like a partner rather than an employee — 44 percent
• Efforts are made to get my feedback to identify areas that need attention — 43 percent
• Management effectively communicates the organization’s goals and objectives to me — 41 percent
• Efforts are made to consider my input when making decisions — 39 percent
