•    Independent Payment Advisory Board Repeal
•    Comprehensive medical liability reform
•    Supporting quality resident training and education
•    Repealing the medical device excise tax
•    Supporting new grants for trauma and emergency care
•    Moving Medicare toward a defined contribution model
•    Sustainable growth rate fix
•    Drastic changes to Medicare’s Physician Quality Reporting Systems, Electronic Health Records program and value-based payment modifier, or complete elimination of these programs to implement better systems for collecting and reporting clinical data
