Hospital for Special Surgery Gets Green Light for MRI at Connecticut Location

Connecticut State Senator Carlo Leone and other members of the state’s legislative delegation have approved the state Department of Public Health’s decision to allow New York-based Hospital for Special Surgery to install an MRI at the hospital’s proposed satellite location in Stamford, Conn., according to a Wilton Patch report.

The Hospital for Special Surgery has proposed building a 20,000-square-foot facility in Stamford and involves a $12 million investment in Connecticut, according to the report.
