Before joining IU Health, Dr. Sorkin served as served as the director of orthopedic traumatology for Rockford Orthopedics (Ill.). He also served as the co-director of orthopedic trauma services for the level I trauma centers at the Rockford Health System and the OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford.
Dr. Sorkin has completed two fellowships in traumatology — one at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York and another at the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
