Rice Memorial and ACMC already provide imaging, anesthesia and sleep medicine services through their joint venture. They also operate Willmar Surgery Center, the Willmar Regional Cancer Center and the Willmar Diabetes Center through the joint venture.

The planned partnership is intended to help stabilize orthopedic services in the Willmar area, which has struggled to sustain consistent orthopedic surgery services, according to the report.
