AJRR aims to become a national hip and knee implant registry in the United States and currently includes 224 enrolled hospitals. The registry has approximately 2,000 procedures logged each week and is on track to reach its goal of 100,000 procedures per year. The registry also aims to enroll 90 percent of hospitals in the United States providing total hip and knee replacements by 2018, according to the report.
