Shawnee Mission Medical Center Opens Orthopedic, Spine Center

Shawnee Mission (Kan.) Medical Center has opened an orthopedic and spine center, according to a report by The Kansas City Star.

The center will include 20 physicians. It will also include nurses, physical therapists, sports medicine experts and pain management specialists. Beth Armstrong, MSN, RN, has been named director of the center, according to the report.
