6 Tips for More Efficient Scheduling

The six tips are:

 

1. Add a few minutes of buffer time on either end of your appointments.
2. Learn how to decline an invitation.
3. If you don’t have time for a conversation or you need to bring a discussion to an end, say so.
4. Begin and end meetings on time, and have an agenda.
5. Clearly state your expectations.
6. Show respect for other people’s time.
