Dr. Philip Wallace Joins Northwest Brain and Spine

Bend, Ore.-based Northwest Brain and Spine announced the addition of Philip Wallace, MD, to its medical staff, according to a report by The Bulletin.

Dr. Wallace is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He has completed fellowship training in interventional spine and sports medicine at Southwest Spine and Sports in Scottsdale, Ariz.
