Dr. Robert Hotchkiss Performs Thumb Surgery on New York Giant David Diehl

Robert Hotchkiss, MD, board-certified hand surgeon, recently performed thumb surgery on the New York Giants offensive tackle David Diehl, according to a National Football Post report.

Dr. Hotchkiss is the medical director of clinical research and director of research in the hand and upper extremity service of Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.

 

The player is expected to need six weeks for recovery.
